Short announcement: We have released an update for dewabit web!
NEW: Sync-Item Integration
Integration of the sync queue and sync scheduler
The queue from the Windows application should be familiar to everyone. It can be used to prepare items and then upload them in bundles. In the update 2.2. of the Windows application, the local queue was enhanced by the sync queue. Means: The items are synchronized between all clients by the dewabit servers. It is also possible to start the upload and exit dewabit, the queue continues to run in the background. What is new now is that this queue has also been integrated into dewabit web. This makes it even easier to prepare items on several workstations at the same time.
As in the Windows application, items can be uploaded using the "Select Action" button. The queue can include new items and/or revisions.
In addition to the queue, the sync scheduler has also been integrated (start time planning + scheduled processing). More details soon in a separate blog post.⏰
New image editor 🖼️
We have added a new image editor! Images can now be rotated, cropped and mirrored among other features.
New item details window
We have added a lot of information to the item details window.
Style changes
We have tweaked the style of dewabit web. With new controls we have simplified the item management and the input of data. dewabit web can currently not be used with tablet or phone, but the function will be added soon.
Others
Otherwise, many minor bugs have been fixed.
